Pause for stops and breaks. If you leave the app, the clock continues until paused or finished. Review actual driving time before saving.
For Level 2, record 60 hours of supervised practice, including 10 at night. No more than 10 hours per week count. Keep your learner permit for at least 9 months; the log alone does not establish eligibility. Level 3’s former 12-hour log requirement was repealed effective September 30, 2025.
*This app groups weeks Monday–Sunday for planning; confirm the week boundary with NCDMV. Night estimates use sunset–sunrise at the starting location; the official log does not define a precise boundary, so review your actual conditions. Counted totals use reviewed drives only. Hours above a weekly cap stay in your raw records. Supervisor must review and sign the official form.
